Yeah, I haven't done a journal in ages. Not that anyone probably cares.

Anyway, at this point in time, I do have art I want to post, there are merely a few problems.

A) I haven't been able to draw in forever. Ever since college, my art has been minimal. The most I've done is a twelve page silent comic done for a class, and while it is good and I plan to post it eventually, I still feel I need to create more art. I have people I watch who create art almost DAILY, and it's all wonderful. Clearly, I need to get my act together.

B) Of the work I have done, none of it is what I want to post most: a comic I draw. Sure, I need to redraw most of those comics since I did the earliest ones literally four years ago, and I have some other cool stuff in the meantime, but the fact is that's what I want to do here the most, so I need to get to work.

And the biggest problem of all: C) GODDAMN SCANNER ISSUES. Here at college, the scanner is used only for assignments. I have no scanner of my own. When I tried to get my dad to help me with the one at home, I nlearned he wasn't sure how to use it himself. *Sigh* I have every intention of figuring this out, but it's certainly less than encouraging.

Onto non-deviant art related stuff. Coolege is a lot better than I thought. Busy, and occasionally full of homesickness, but cool. I've made a lot of friends and rather like the freedom, even if I do miss my family. I am an English Literature major now, and love all the reading I have to do. So, basically at this point my life is pretty good.

I suppose that's it. Sorry about there being no art from me, assuming you actually care, but hopefully that'll change eventually.
